1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Pa Nou mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pa Nou App LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. If you are between 13 and 17, your parent or legal guardian must have reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Your Account

Browsing the App does not require an account. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account. Pa Nou reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these Terms.

4. Location Services

The App offers Near Me (GPS-based) and Set My Location (manual entry) options. Location data is never required to use the App. Pa Nou does not store, sell, or transmit your live location data to any third party.

5. Directory Listings — Accuracy and Disclaimer

5.1 No Guarantee of Accuracy

Pa Nou does not warrant that any listing information is current, complete, accurate, or error-free. Your use of any listing information is at your own risk.

5.2 No Endorsement

The appearance of any business, church, or organization on Pa Nou does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by Pa Nou.

6. Religious Organizations

Pa Nou lists churches and religious organizations as a community directory service. Pa Nou does not investigate, endorse, or vouch for the doctrine, leadership, or practices of any religious organization.

7. Events Listings

Pa Nou may list community events. Pa Nou does not organize or host any listed event. Some events may be age-restricted. Pa Nou is not responsible for verifying or enforcing age restrictions at any venue. Parents and guardians are solely responsible for determining whether any event is appropriate for their minor children.

8. User-Submitted Content

By submitting content to Pa Nou, you represent that you own or have the right to submit it, and you grant Pa Nou a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it within the App. Pa Nou reserves the right to reject or remove any submitted content at any time.

9. Community Standards

All submitted content must be free of profanity, hate speech, discriminatory language, and false or misleading information. Violations may result in immediate removal and permanent account termination.

10. Intellectual Property

The Pa Nou name, logo, brand, application design, and all related materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Pa Nou App LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any portion of the App without express written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. PA NOU DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PA NOU APP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL PA NOU'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court. You and Pa Nou agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class action.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Governing Language

These Terms are provided in English, Haitian Creole, and French. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall control.

16. Changes to These Terms

Pa Nou reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the App or via email before they take effect.
